evametadyathāttha tvamat-mānaṁ parameśvara
draşțumicchāmi te rūpamai-śvaram puruşottama
Kaha aapne apne ko jaisa bhi,
Parameshwar! Theek hai aisa hee
Bhagwan!Hai itni meri ab pukar,
Roop aapka dekh lu ek baar.
O Lord of all! Whatever You describe Yourself to be that is the verily so. But O Supreme Person! I wish to see the divine form of Yours.

Arjun has listened and has also comprehended the glory of the Lord; but if the doubts and suspicions persist in the mind then incompleteness will remain. Doubt is the strongest enemy on the spiritual path and faith the strongest and the best companion! If there is no trust in what has been heard then listening cannot form the basis of spiritual upliftment; that is why in the next step of the path of spiritual pilgrimage Arjun associates faith with it.
Faith is the foundation of spirituality in any case. Foundation should be strong. Arjun as a representative of ours appears to be illuminating our path of elevation. The necessity is to remain associated with this extremely helpful spirit of Arjun. Along with faith Arjun states the most important and essential issue of having a vision divine in this verse. O Supreme Person! Faith is also total but even this is not enough for my satisfaction! Now it is my desire that I should be able to see Your form which is the divinest of the divine, full of grandeur and impressive.
