Deliberate on the potentialities of the divine sight. See both Arjun and Sanjay. The state is similar here. Sanjay is providing the entire narration to Dhritrashtra. Whatever Arjun is saying in the background of it at this time is Sanjay. Whatever Arjun is saying, that Sanjay is relating to Dhritrashtra. For Arjun everything is happening in front of him-
The world of the gods, this earth and the world of the serpents, Arjun is viewing all in the vast body of the Lord. Here gods of the heaven, beings of the earth, serpents of the world of serpents, all are in front of Arjun. Not just this, Arjun can have the view of all the sages too; and even Brahmaji seated on the lotus throne and Lord Shiva are also seen in this form of the Lord.
