Just as some magician is holding a magic show or some displayer of a show may be saying that see this or that! The Lord is the master magician; creation of the universe is such a magic of His divine power. The worldly spectacle, sport or drama is in fact enacted by His power. It does not have any independent existence. This is not an imaginary situation as that created by a magician or showman; all are based on the Truth.
The Krishna of the Gita at this point of time under the spell of devotion appears to be eager to reveal Himself completely. For this reason He is stating explicitly, "Do not take Me to be just a charioteer driving the horses of your chariot. Just for the sake of your love, your surrender and single-pointed dedication I have agreed to take on this role. See the reality which is not anywhere else."
What an unearthly situation this is! Who can dare to say such thing with such assertiveness except the Absolute Lord, the Divine Himself, that just not in the body but at all concentrated in a part of it. View all this in a part of the body. Displaying the entire universe in His mouth to mother Yashoda, and showing to Arjun in a part of His body, the complete moving and unmoving creation and along with this stating that whatever you desire to see, Arjun. View it in My body. The Govind of the Gita, many salutations to you for having the divine ability to say something like this! Glory to You many hundred times! Reverence from the bottom of the heart towards such unparalled and extraordinary expressions of the Gita.
There is something to be repeatedly seen in the last three verses! The silent eagerness of Arjun is intensifying; nothing can be seen! In front of him is Krishna in the role of the charioteer, the armies in the Mahabharata are ready for the war! And nothing else.Arjun looked towards the Lord with his eyes filled with wonder! Govind smiled and started saying-
