The main stress in the Gita is on becoming equipped. Whatever the yoga may be–according to The Gita one should become united with it. It is not enough to hear, read or debate about yoga. One can derive full benefit by making it a part of one's life.
'Ishte Yoga Yuktatman savatra samdarshanah' A person having acquired the Yoga of Knowledge will see everything in Me and Me in everything. The nature of Yoga of Devotion has been described by the Blessed Lord as 'nitya yukta upasate' and while beginning with the description of Yoga of Action clear guidance and its great results have been elaborated. Having attained this the bondage of action is broken.
The human mind is always oriented towards expected gains. What will be my gain? Invariably, this thinking is limited to the world; where there is loss there is also gain. Where there is no shadow of loss, such a kind of gain does not exist in this world. The inspirations from the Gita assure the human that on the course of Yoga there is no question of loss; It's a pure gain of life.
