The doors of the Lord's compassion, grace and largesse are not closed for anyone. This too is clear that in the inspiration from the Gita there is found no place for dejection anywhere and for anyone. Such largesse is difficult to come across anywhere. For even the greatest evil doer (suduracaro) there is not just a ray of hope but the radiant sun. Once it is resolved for good that whatever has happened has happened but further nothing of this sort will happen; now further there will be just dedication to the divine and the path of righteousness will be followed. If somewhere a pure environment and the guidance of a saint of spiritual experience is found and if the narration of the spirit of salvation of Ganika, Ajamil, Vyadh, Geedh, Gaj, etc. falls into one's ears or if one suffers a setback in life and the mind awakens to the fact that now one should engage in the devotion of the Lord, the mind refrains from taking to evil path and bad conduct fully, the resolve is made firmly, then only the divine inspiration of the Lord can be of help.

Though the state feeling of single-mindedness is not possible all of sudden; even then single-mindedness in resolution, the resolution now not for any thing else, but for the virtuous path and devotion towards the Lord. Single-mindedness in the feelings, no indulgence in doing wrong to anybody; elevation lies only in devotion; that is why now just the shelter of the Lord is to be sought and He is only to be meditated upon!

Turning away from the Lord takes the embodied being towards the evil tendencies and evil actions. Turning towards God naturally delivers one from evil:

The refuge in the Lord means moving towards the Lord! The embodied being belonged to the Lord and turned away from Him; he became inclined towards sinful actions and conduct; now he has made up his mind that I belong to the Lord and He is mine! By doing so all the sinful actions accumulated inside in the form of impression will perish and then further in natural manner; virtuous inclinations will rise in the form of divine qualities-'ksipram bhavati dharmatma'; this is the process of becoming a virtuous person from a person of evil nature! The world is ever changing, destructible, impermanent; it can never give everlasting peace. The permanent power is that of the Lord, and to engage in singing His glories, His remembrance and surrender to Him is the sole basis of acquiring eternal peace. See the glimpse of firmness in the assertion of the preacher of the Gita-Arjun! Know it to be the decisive truth, know it avowedly that the pilgrim of My path, who has decided to be devoted to Me, has taken refuge in Me; for him now there can be no downfall; for him there is only upliftment and upliftment. Downfall is involved for those who are engrossed in the world only. There can be no regression in engaging in devotion towards Me; fall is involved in engaging in the thoughts of sensual objects. 'Dhyayato visayanpunsah' (Gita 2/62) ... 'Buddhinasat pranasyati' (Gita 2/63) (The one who thinks of sensual objects his intellect is destroyed and he perishes). There is supreme peace and attainment of supreme status in singing His glories.

Give up despair for good. My deeds are not that good; I am a sinner; how can I be elevated? what can I do? Do not develop this kind of thinking and allow your mind to go towards downfall! If anything bad has happened then do not allow yourself to be obsessed with its thought; resolve to abandon it and further become firmly determined to devote oneself to the Lord!

This glorious assurance for becoming righteous and attaining the eternal is meant for you; this state is lying in wait for you. Without delay become committed towards this!

This state can be achieved by anyone; there is no discrimination as regards class, caste and race.
