In the narration of the glories the Lord has now included Himself. 'Krishnastu bhagwan swayam' Krishna is the Lord Himself but at present has manifested in the clan of Vrishnis, in the family Vasudeva as Vaasudeva, for this reason the Lord is indicating that in this form in the clan of the Vrishnis I am Vaasudeva. Amongst the Pandavas, Arjun has been described as the manifestation of the Lord. Arjun is the Lord's best friend. If the Lord is Narayan (God) then Arjun is Nar (human). Awake or asleep, sitting or standing, eating or drinking Arjun is blessed with nearness to the Lord-
The great sage Vyas is the one who gave the Vedas an organized form. Along with the Puranas he is said to be the author of the Mahabharata, etc and other main scriptures and he is the partial incarnation of the Lord; that is why in the narration of His glories the Lord calls Vyas as one of His manifestations. By the poet here is not meant just the one who composes poetry, but the one who has the knowledge of the scriptures, and is wise too. Shukracharya is the one who is credited with the knowledge of Sanjeevini. The Lord has acknowledged him as His manifestation amongst poet seers.

To run the administrative, social and family set-up in an organized manner, it is sometimes essential to have the policy of punishment. 'I am the statesmanship of those who desire victory'-the actual victory lies in the policy adopted, justice and in having good intentions. Follow the right policy, keep your intentions clear; this in itself is a real victory of the values and ideals of life. It is your companion in this world and the next, and is an aid in itself. In fact to keep in mind and to act in accordance with the future or its consequences is policy.
Silence is good from any viewpoint. There are several benefits to be derived by having control over the speech. By this the secrets are protected. Silence is the glory of the Lord. Knowledge of any kind is the manifestation of the Lord. The seat of knowledge is intellect, and in intellect the power and strength is that of the Lord. That is why whatever knowledge one has in oneself or finds in others consider that to be the glory of the Lord. That knowledge may be worldly or spiritual!
Concluding the narration of glories the Lord is giving an indication-
