śaknotīhaiva yaḥ sodhuṁ prākśarīravimokşaņāt
kāmakrodhodbhavam vegam sa yuktaḥ sa sukhī naraḥ
Deh tyaga karne se pehle hee jo,
Vash mein kare kaam aur krodh ko.
Yogi ke hai bas yehi pehchaan,
Jagat mein sukhi bhi bas usi ko tu jaan.

The Human body is a special gift of God. It is the best amongst 84 lakh types of births. It is difficult to attain even for the gods. For this reason to limit its use, for the indulgences in sensual objects is not justified. The impulse of the tendencies of desire and anger is also found in other types of births; in all other types of births behaviour is found to be in accordance with the rush of tendencies.
If human life is also spent like that, then what would be special about it? Then man will also become like an animal. In any case to be under the control of propensities is not a cause for peace, nor the purpose of life nor does it draw one near to God. The propensities of desire and anger in its outcome, are not a means for attaining happiness but are a cause of grief. For this reason the Blessed Lord provides motivation:
'Kamakrodhodbhavam vegam'-the restraint on the rush of desire and anger etc! In reality peace is our nature. These tendencies are the cause of bringing the inner state into turmoil. Water by its very nature is cold and in contact with the flame of fire it gets heated. Remove it from heat and the water reverts to its real nature. The tendencies of desire, anger, etc. are peacelessness themselves. Do not allow yourself to flow with this tide. Remain stable and firm. No subjection to the rush of tendencies; bring them under your control. The mind will become on its own united with divine emotions and will become calm and happy!
That which deserves mention is that the opportunity is now and here only; that while in this body, as when the body will get dropped, which moment becomes the last moment is not a certainty. Therefore there is no room for any delay; once the body is dropped, then here in any case there would be peacelessness and in future also the being also will be in a disturbed state and with this turmoil, will be the chain of coming and going from this world. Therefore accept this pious inspiration from the Gita by being aware and vigilant! Then only you will be able to experience the divinity of life-
