But those whose ignorance has been destroyed by the knowledge of the Supreme Essence, that knowledge of theirs reveals the Supreme Self just like the sun.
Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Ignorance lasts as long as the inner discrimination is not awakened. Darkness prevails as long as the sun has not risen. With the rise of the sun the existence of darkness ends! This is also a certainty that ignorance cannot be done away with by any other means or effort. Neither can it be pulled out nor by any special action or effort, can it be put to end. The awakening of knowledge is the means. Knowledge is that which primarily relates to questions like-Who am I? Why have I come into this world? I am not the body and the body is not mine; or I do not belong to the world and the world is also not mine, being a part of the Supreme, I belong to the Supreme and He is the only One who is mine. This feeling or discriminatory knowledge, if it awakens inside and becomes firm-then the solution is found:
Ignorance is darkness and knowledge is in itself light! In the darkness of ignorance despite the existence of the Truth Principle in the inner-self, it is not experienced. On light being thrown by knowledge, it comes into experience directly.
For getting this experience what are the state and means required? The following verse expresses these thoughts.
