Verse 19

tānahaṁ dviṣataḥ krūrānsaṁsāreṣu narādhamān
kṣipāmyajasramaśubhānāsurīṣveva yoniṣu
🕉 English Translation
Hai dweshi lage paap karmon mein bhi,
Jalim hain aise manushya neech hee.
Barambar aiso ko iss lok mein,
Asur yoniyon mein girata hun mai.

English
Those sinful ones who hate and also those cruel and worst amongst men, birth after birth I cast them into the wombs of the demons.
Such harsh words from the holy mouth of the Lord are definitely startling. How can the extremely delicate, the One who has fondness for butter and the stealer of butter, Lord Krishna speak such harsh words? This is the state requiring a serious thought.
The birth which is rare for even the gods has been attained with divine grace. But the actions are even baser than those of the animals. All the time harbouring hatred for all, maintaining enmity towards all, conspiring to harm others, for one's own pleasure not hesitating to kill others-states like these-to call them cruel or the lowest amongst human beings is actually normal. In any case, if they find pleasure in engaging in animalistic or in conduct worse even than that, the Lord says-are right, if it is not acceptable to you to remain as human beings then spend some more births as animals, birds, etc. and in other lowly existences. Here the matter is not just of one birth but birth after birth the state of wandering in lowly existences!
