It is noble to live within the norms. Discipline is necessary in every field. The household and family arrangements will work out properly, when the family members together give priority to mutual well being by maintaining discipline. The administration of any office will run smoothly only when all employed officers and staff follow the rules and regulations of that office in a right manner. If the rules and practices are shelved, and if whims and fancies of any one prevails then administration will suffer.
When the limited fields of household and office cannot run in a proper manner without observing rules and regulations then imagine how this vast creation of cycle can run without the observance of rules and norms. By following the rules and regulations the administration becomes sound, and the inner potentialities get manifested in a good form, the glory of life is enhanced and ideals are established; we also play a contributory role in making the order of creation beautiful and organized, which has been created and governed by God. Through this practice we become eligible for the blessings and pleasure of the Lord.
'Mogham parth sa jivati'–such a person lives in vain. This is not just a warning but a straight hard-hitting statement but not to break but to make. By any means the embodied being should come to senses, and not fritter away his life, make it meaningful. No further elaboration is required for the one who is living for himself only and to gratify his senses; his state in any case is ridiculous; neither is it possible to satiate the senses ever, nor is it doing good to any one else and nor is God going to get pleased. Just ponder; what end has been achieved by this precious and rare life?
