📜 Translation English

That Supreme, is within and without all beings and is all-pervasive, He also exists in the form of moving and unmoving beings and is also further from the farthest and nearer than the nearest and is too subtle to be perceptible.

💬 Commentary English

One more glorious example of the omnipresence of the Lord. Keep a tub of water in front of yourself and in it keep some small vessels and observe carefully the water in the vessels and vessels in the water. Water is there inside as well as outside! The Lord is existent everywhere in His wholeness-in various types of bodies! All have the same consciousness inside them. Give a thought to the fact as to how the inner functions of the body are being carried out in their entirety. The movement of breath, the heart beat, blood circulation, digestive power, etc. Consciousness is inside. Outside is the governance of the entire nature through the same power and the same consciousness. That is inside as well as outside. Not just in the moving but He is also there in the unmoving. Without Him there is nothing anywhere. There is nothing in the world which is a close to us as the Supreme! Those whom we consider to be our very close relatives; one cannot have this faith on anyone that he will be with us everywhere and always. It is not known when they will leave us. The Supreme is one with our breath; if you can manage to hear you will find His rhythm in the heart beat of yours. He is extremely near; take benefit and delight in His nearness. This attitude is a powerful inspiration for emerging out of dejection. It is strong basis for the path of meditation. Do engage in meditation and spiritual discipline. The Supreme being extremely subtle is incomprehensible, cannot be known–do not get agitated by thinking in this manner. Such an indication is there that the extremely subtle Lord can be known through gross mentality; it is impossible. Allow yourself to concentrate in the spirit of the divine. Sit regularly for meditation. The Supreme I am meditating upon is within me as well as without! When the mind wanders on the thoughts of any moving or unmoving object at that very time bring this thought to your mind. He is the moving as well as the non-moving; then leaving Him aside who else should be thought of? Enjoy the bliss of His nearness in meditation! If the mind travels to some external distant thought, then once again bring in this feeling that He is the one who is far away too. This state will cause the grossness of the mind to be removed and make the disposition subtle and then the subtle Lord will no longer be unknowable. Certainly He will become knowable. The Supreme is knowable and would want to remain So, the state of the ignorance of the embodied being and grossness of the intellect causes Him to become inexperiencable. Move ahead further in this spirit of these thoughts–
